Returns & Cancellations

Wine is precious and will spoil if it encounters severe temperatures.  Sometime the wine can also be spoiled through other means.  We will replace or refund you for any flawed wine that is unsatisfactory as a result of spoilage.  

We have the ability to ship our wines through refrigerated trucks if wine is ordered during extreme heat, for instance during summer months.  We will not ship wine during summer months unless requested by you our customer. We do not provide returns on wine shipped during the warmer months.

We do not accept returns for wine damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or wine that was ordered by mistake.
